In full sun and warm weather, these annual plants can grow 3-5 feet tall and 2-3 feet tall in one growing season and often prolifically self-seeds. Although the plant grows quickly, chia requires 150-180 days to produce a full seed crop. Each packet contains approximately 2997 to 3663 seeds.
